Reverend Franklin Darrel Beach, 70, of Winston-Salem, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2008. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Wayne Beach. He was the Lieutenant Commander of the Royal Rangers and was an ordained minister with Miracle Faith Ministries, along with his Puppet Ministry. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Pauley Beach; son, Frank Beach of Winston-Salem; daughter, DeAnna (Mark) Craddock of Tobaccoville; grandchildren, Mark, Jr., Emily, Monica, and Elissa Craddock; brothers, James (Peggy) Beach, David (Patty) Beach, Joe (Diana) Beach all of WV; sisters, Evelyn Smith of WV and Virginia McCallister of Winston-Salem and the extended Church family. A funeral service was held Monday, Nov. 24 at King Christian Center, 995 Brown Rd., King. Burial was held Tues. Nov. 25 at Grapevine Baptist Church Cemetery in Lewisville. Linda Rilla Widener Kinney Mrs. Linda Rilla Widener Kinney, 62, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born October 7, 1946 in Forsyth County to the late Eugene and Lyda Crawford Widener. Mrs. Kinney was a member of New Philadelphia Moravian Church. She graduated from Averett College and later worked with Bahnson & Co. and then was employed with the American Red Cross. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend. Preceding her in death was her husband, Wayne Johnson Kinney and a brother, Jerry Wayne Widener. Surviving is a daughter, Ashley Kinney Jané and husband Carlos, son, Mark Kinney, and a granddaughter, Piper Sloan all of Winston-Salem; also surviving are many special loving friends. A funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at New Philadelphia Moravian Church with Dr. Worth Green officiating. Burial will follow at the church graveyard. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to New Philadelphia Moravian Church 4440 Country Club Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27104 or the Multiple Sclerosis Society Central NC Chapter 2211 W. Meadowview Rd. Suite 30 Greensboro, NC 27407. The family would like to send special thanks to the staff at Forsyth Medical Center Palliative Care Unit, Clemmons Village, and Springwood Care Center for the care and support during her illness. On line condolences may be made to www.hayworth-miller.com John “Jack” Richard Krogh John “Jack” Richard Krogh, 67, of Clemmons, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born November, 24 1940 in Omaha Nebraska to Richard and Bernice Kelley Krogh. Mr. Krogh graduated from the University of Nebraska in Omaha with a B.S. in Engineering. He retired from the Continental Can/Imperial Bondware after many years of service. He later worked for RJR Tobacco Company for 10 years. Mr. Krogh was a car enthusiast and was a member of the Country Corvette Club. Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years, June C. Krogh of the home; one daughter, Doniece Krogh of Winston-Salem; two sons, John Ross Krogh of Clemmons, Mark Krogh and wife Amy of Bolingbrook, IL; three grandchildren, Victoria Huble, Kendall Krogh and Addison Seagle; one sister, Linda Presern and husband Don of MI. A Memorial service was conducted Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Wayne Worrell officiating. |
