Robert Jester exchange vows
The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Dawn Evans of Lewisville. Her maternal grandparents are Jack and Audrey Hall of Lewisville. Her paternal grandparents are the late Richard and Hazel Evans of Booneville. The bride graduated from West Forsyth High School. She attended Meredith College, earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Appalachian State University, and is pursuing a master’s degree from Pfeiffer University. She is employed by Novant Health, Inc. The groom is the son of Dale and Nancy Jester of Yadkinville. His maternal grandparents are Betty Atkinson and the late Herman Atkinson of Yadkinville. His paternal grandparents are Martin Jester, Sr. and the late Geneva Jester. The groom graduated from Forebush High School and Appalachian State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and is employed by Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. The bride was escorted by her father. The maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Brooke Evans of Lewisville. The matron of honor was Monica Stephenson of Durham. The bridesmaids were Allison Robertson, the groom’s sister, of Yadkinville; Taylor Macy of Morrisville; Jennifer Mansbery of Franklinton; and Stephnie Rose of Jacksonville. The best man was the groom’s father. The groomsmen were Barry Robertson, the groom’s brother-in-law, of Yadkinville; Michael Cassidy of Raleigh; Jonathon Comer of King; Jeffrey Portaro of Monroe; and Kregg Stephenson of Durham. The ushers were Zachary Hall of Pfafftown, the bride’s cousin, and Nickolas Lovelace of Yadkinville, the groom’s cousin. The flower girl was Sophia Martinelli. The ring bearer was Hagen Brannon, the groom’s cousin. The acolytes were Adam Hall, the bride’s cousin, and Gavin Hutchens, the groom’s cousin. The reader and guest register attendant was Ashlee Brown, the bride’s cousin. The program attendants were Katelyn Keith and Delana Hutchens, the groom’s cousin. Ceremony music was performed by Debby Trivette, organist; Anita Cirba, trumpeter; Garry Keith, vocalist; and Mitchell Johnson, vocalist and guitarist. June Hayes was the wedding director. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Salem Glen Country Club. Joe and Debbie Cearley, the bride’s cousins, were the greeters. A bridal luncheon, hosted by the bride’s grandmother, was held at Nobel’s Grill. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom’s parents, was held a Big Shotz Tavern. Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple will live in Winston-Salem. |
