McCoy and Hawkins will wed June 23 - Ann McCoy of Clemmons and Jerry McCoy of Chillicothe, Ohio announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Kathleen McCoy of Lewisville, to Alandcus Jerome “A.J.” Hawkins of Lewisville, the son of Constance Hawkins of Lewisville and George Little of Greensboro. The bride-elect graduated from Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, Ohio. She will graduate from the nursing program at Forsyth Technical Community College in May 2007. She is employed with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Her fiance graduated from West Forsyth High School and received his degree in sociology from North Carolina State University. He is employed with Food Lion, Inc. The couple will wed June 23, 2007 at New Hope A.M.E. Zion Church in Lewisville.
