The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Vandette of Roswell, GA. She graduated from Lassiter High School and Appalachian State University with a Recreational Management Degree. She is employed by Beech Mountain Club.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Holcomb of Clemmons. He graduated from West Forsyth High School and Appalachian State University with a Degree in Recreational Management. He is employed by Watauga River Lodge & Outfitters.
The bridesmaids were Sue Snyder, Pam Vandette and Merry Ana Holcomb. The groomsmen were Adam Holcomb and Dean Holcomb. The ushers were Slate Lacy, Tra Kelly, Garrett McBrayer, Patrick Maxey, Pace Cooper, Josh Hill and J. Taylor.
The flower girl was Sarah Snyder and the ring bearer was Nathan Snyder.
Following the wedding, a reception was held at the Apple Barn in Valle Crucis.
After a honeymoon trip to the Florida Keys, the couple will make their home in Banner Elk.
