Their varsity cohorts may have grabbed the earlyseason headlines but the West Forsyth junior varsity baseball team is rapidly carving out a place of its own in the area spotlight.
Six wins in six games indicates a high level of success but doesn’t do justice to their level of dominance. Featuring a pitching staff that has posted three one-hit performances and one no-hitter, the Titans are rolling over area competition.
West opened Central Piedmont Conference play with a win over Mount Tabor last week.
