The parade route will be the same as in previous years. Floats and other participants will be staged east on Shallowford Road near the Lewisville Commons shopping center. The parade will proceed west on Shallowford to The Oaks, where it will turn right and then right again on Belnette Drive to Shallowford Square.
The staging area for non-professional floats, towed and motorized vehicles will be the Great Wagon Road behind the Roller Mill.
The parade will include marching bands, drill and teams, floats and lots of candy for children. The parade will conclude with the Tree Lighting Ceremony in the square, refreshments and a visit from Santa Claus.

Now in its 23rd year, the Lewisville Christmas Parade is one of the largest in the area and usually draws a large crowd.
