Friday's Internet Edition, July 30, 2010. Metric Century Bike Ride set for May 12 - The 10th Annual Lewisville/Yadkin River Metric Century is an annual event held in Lewisville. It is sponsored by the non-profit Lewisville Civic Club and the Piedmont Flyers, a local bicycle club. This year’s bike ride will be held Saturday, May 12 (rain or shine). Registration begins at 7 a.m. and the ride beginning at 8. Registration will be held at the G. Galloway Reynolds Community Center on Lucy Lane in Lewisville.
