Sheriff’s deputies responded to 3260 South Stratford Road, Clemmons on January 3 at 2:43 a.m. in reference to a shooting. They located the deceased victim in the parking lot of Putters Steakhouse.
The victim has been identified as Johnathan Christopher Robinson, white male, 21 years of age, of 2458 Stratford Lake Road, Winston-Salem.
Sheriff’s investigators immediately identified a suspect and have now charged him with murder. The suspect is Robert James Moyer, white male, 19 years of age, of 115 Village Club Lane, Clemmons. Moyer is presently confined to the Forsyth County Detention Center with no bond allowed pending a preliminary hearing on January 19.
